Liability for Contents
Pursuant to Section 7, Para. 1 of the TMG, we as a service provider are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, pursuant to sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, we as service providers are neither under obligation to monitor external information provided or stored on our website nor to investigate circumstances that indicate an illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information remain unaffected by this under general law. However, liability can arise only from the moment an actual violation of the law becomes known. When such violations become known, we shall remove such content without delay.
